Swanley Therapy Centre held it’s annual Summer Fete fundraiser on the 8th June 2019. The event was a great success raising over £2,000 with over 120 attendees.
We’d like to thank everyone who attended as well as those who helped to organise and who volunteered at the event despite the overcast weather.
Stalls on offer included cakes, hot drinks, bric-a-brac, plants, face painting and home-made ice-cream. Local brewery Brew Buddies was also on hand to offer their refreshing real ales. Also included with the popular Bottle Tombola as well as Name the Dino, Treasure Map, Gnome Hunt, Grab-a-Gift, Hook the Duck, Double Decker and The Golden Egg competitions.
We’d also like to thank local Morris troupe Westhill Morris who entertained the crowds on the day as well as local band Recycled Jazz who serenaded those enjoying their drinks in the beautiful garden surroundings.
Thank you too to all the companies, both local and national who donated prizes and supplies for the event.
