On September 29th local acts came together to perform at Musical Mayhem in aid of Swanley Therapy Centre. Held at Bexleyheath Golf Club supporters of the Centre were able to enjoy music from various eras resulting in raising over £1,150.
Local group Under the Covers kicked off the evening playing covers of contemporary music as well as retro hits from bygone eras. Following this was the group Hard To Handle who have supported the Musical Mayhem evening in the past. Also performing with Hard to Handle were Lucy, Victoria, Ellie and George Brimble. There was also a raffle during the evening which helped to raise funds.
Musical Mayhem is an annual event which helps to raise money for Swanley Therapy Centre. Events such as these help to defray the expenses incurred providing oxygen treatment for sufferers of various illness, including MS. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all involved during the evening, especially the acts who give of their time and talent for free to support the Centre, Eddie Oates and his helpers for arranging everything and all who came along to support the evening and the Centre.
